2. Pricing & Payment

  • All service charges are transparent and communicated before the service begins.

  • Payment is required upon completion of the service.

  • We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers as modes of payment.

3. Service Warranty

  • We offer a limited warranty on repairs and installations (duration varies based on service type).

  • Warranty is void if the AC is tampered with or serviced by a third party.

4. Appointment & Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of booking.

  • Delayed or missed appointments may be rescheduled based on technician availability.

5. Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues unrelated to our service.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for technicians.

Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy

  • All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once the service has been completed.

  • If there is an issue with the service, we may offer re-servicing or troubleshooting based on our service warranty.
